HOW TUBO STARTED
Tubo began in 2022 as a workforce payment platform designed to modernize salary disbursement for Philippine agencies and employers.
Challenges Observed
We identified that payroll in the Philippines was fragmented and operationally complex. Organizations faced manual bank transfers and fragmented workflows alongside high processing costs and significant operational risks. These challenges led to reconciliation issues and delays that caused a poor employee experience.
Founding Vision
Our vision was and still is to eliminate payroll complexity by providing a faster, more reliable alternative to traditional banking. We aimed to centralize salary disbursement and wallet management to improve financial access for workers.
