    Tubo.ph is designed for manpower agencies so they can efficiently collect, consolidate and reconcile time logs of their managed employees alongside multiple clients. It can also be used by SMEs with WFH, on-site and field work schedules.
  • How does Tubo help with timekeeping?
    Tubo provides a real-time timekeeping feature that allows employees to log their time in and out directly from their mobile devices, ensuring accurate attendance records even offline.
  • On which platforms can I access Tubo?
    Tubo is compatible with a wide range of devices. You can use Tubo on smartphones, tablets, and desktops, ensuring flexibility whether you're using Android, iOS, or accessing the platform via a web browser.
  • How does Tubo ensure data privacy?
    Tubo employs robust security measures, including encryption of data to protect sensitive information such as employee details, time logs, and geolocation/geotagging data from unauthorized addresses. Your company and employees' information are kept confidential based on the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Please read terms and conditions and Privacy Policy for more information.
  • How are employee requests managed in Tubo?
    Tubo offers a handy approval system that allows managers/supervisors to easily approve or deny employee requests through app and the web, such as overtime appeals, time appeals, location appeals, and leave requests.
  • Can Tubo track employee locations?
    Yes, Tubo has a geolocation/geotagging feature that ensures employees are at the correct location upon clocking in and out to provide added accuracy for attendance management.
  • Can employees check their schedule in Tubo?
    Yes, employees can check their schedules which are displayed in the Tubo dashboard.
  • What happens if an employee loses their device?
    If an employee loses their device, they should promptly report it to their manager or the Tubo Support Team. The IT team can remotely log the user out of all sessions and reset their credentials to prevent any unauthorized access.
  • Can Tubo track employee locations?
    Yes, Tubo has a geolocation feature that ensures employees are at the correct location upon clocking in and out to provide added accuracy for attendance management.
  • Can employees check their schedule in Tubo?
    Yes, employees can check their schedules which are displayed in the Tubo dashboard.
  • How does Tubo handle overtime requests?
    Employees can file for overtime directly through the Tubo app, and managers/approvers can review and approve these requests quickly on both platforms.
  • How to sign-up in Tubo?
    The super admin needs to provide the agency details, address, full name, mobile number and email address. Please take note to use a separate email address and mobile number during the sign-up stage.
  • What are the types of users/roles in your system?
    Tubo.ph 3 types of Users Internal Employees - these are the organic employees Managed Employees - these are the managed employees of the agency External Employees - these are the clients of the agency Tubo.ph 3 types of Roles Superadmin Admin Approver
  • As the super admin of the website, will I automatically be considered an employee of my company/agency?
    No, being the super admin does not automatically make you an employee. You will need to be manually added to the system with a separate email address and mobile number to create your employee profile.
